Industry 4.0 has become a driver for the entire manufacturing industry. Smart systems have enabled 30% productivity increases and predictive maintenance been demonstrated to provide 50% reduction in machine downtime. So far, solution based on data analytics which resulted proliferation of sensing technologies infrastructure acquisition, transmission processing. At core factory operation automation are circuits that control power equipment, innovative circuit design potential address many system integration challenges. We present new approach level artificial intelligence solutions, integrated within calibration functional blocks during design, improving predictability adaptability each component maintenance. This is envisioned encourage development EDA tools such as automatic digital shadow generation product lifecycle models, will help identification parameters adequately define operating conditions dynamic prediction fault detection. Integration supplementary block loop considered capturing nonlinearities gain/bandwidth constraints main controller identifying changes beyond response controller. System topics discussed regarding OPC Unified Architecture interfaces,providing real-time updates maintain an accurate, virtual replica model physical system.
